Employer Relationship Manager Team
Employer relationship managers offer professional and technical assistance regarding benefit coverage and plan design. Team members travel throughout the state to meet with governing bodies and decision-makers who are considering participating in VRS or adding benefits for their employees.
Employer relationship managers also host forums where employers learn of new VRS initiatives, provide feedback and network with others. VRS third-party administrators often participate in these forums.
