Recent enhancements have made myVRS an even more valuable tool for members, and the secure online system is becoming essential to member account management. Registering for myVRS is also a security best practice for VRS members.

Share the Benefits of Financial Wellness

The nationally recognized myVRS Financial Wellness program aims to help VRS members make informed and educated decisions on everyday financial matters while saving for the future. Through their secure myVRS accounts, employees can tap into articles, videos, mini-courses and customized action plans to help them pursue financial goals.

Studies correlate financial stress with decreased employee productivity and increased health issues. A 2019 survey by the Center for State and Local Government Excellence found that 54% of employees worry about finances or financial decisions while at work, and 65% believe it is important to have a financial literacy program offered by their employer.
