How Do I Access E-learning in the COVLC?

Using myVRS Navigator E-learning Courses

To help you use myVRS Navigator, VRS offers e-courses, process guides and job aids, available in the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC). Each e-course provides an overview and demonstrations of how to complete tasks in myVRS Navigator. The process guides and job aids are available for learners who prefer hard copies of resource materials for reading and note-taking.

How Do I Access E-learning in the COVLC?

Accessing E-learning

All E-learning courses are available in the Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC).

If you work for a: Access VRS courses through:
  • School
  • political subdivision
  • State agency that does not have its own Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center (COVLC) page

VRS University

If you do not have log-in credentials, send an e-mail to externalVLC@varetire.org requesting registration. Be sure to include your full name and work e-mail address.

Your agency Commonwealth of Virginia Learning Center

If your agency is on this list, you will be taken to your agency’s own home page in the COVLC when you log in. Your COVLC administrator will need to pull courses from the VRS University into your COVLC for you to view.
